Data we process
CLP PartsSync processes Shopify shop identifiers, installation sessions, supplier connection credentials, selected supplier catalogues, managed-product identifiers, synchronization settings, and operational history needed to provide the service. The app does not require or intentionally store Shopify customer or order data.
How data is used and protected
We use this data only to authenticate the merchant, retrieve authorized supplier information, synchronize merchant-selected Shopify products, provide billing and support, and secure and monitor the service. Supplier credentials are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser after submission. Access is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling immediately disables synchronization and removes active Shopify sessions. Shopify's required redaction webhook deletes shop-owned credentials, configuration, managed-product records, and activity data. Backups age out under the operational retention policy.
