Service
CLP PartsSync synchronizes merchant-selected supplier commerce data with Shopify. Merchants must maintain authorized supplier and Shopify accounts, review configuration before import, and remain responsible for product accuracy, pricing, publication, and legal compliance.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Downgrading below the number of connected providers pauses synchronization until the merchant selects providers within the new allowance; it does not delete Shopify products or app configuration. Base plans include up to 15,000 non-archived managed products. Shopify applies an additional $25 USD per month from 15,001 through 25,000 managed products, $50 USD from 25,001 through 50,000, $100 USD from 50,001 through 100,000, or $150 USD per month at 100,001 or more. Paused managed products count toward capacity; archived products do not.
Availability and changes
Supplier and Shopify services may throttle, delay, or reject operations. The app records itemized outcomes and retries transient failures, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material service or pricing changes will be communicated through Shopify or the app.
